The daytime staff was friendly and helpful.
The daytime staff was friendly and helpful. But the night staff are mostly china nationals and not as friendly. But overall, still an acceptable place to stay because of its good location.

Could be better
The bed was large and comfortable. One member of staff was friendly and spoke good English.
I was initially shown to a room without a bathtub, despite specifically requesting one. Then the bath in my room turned out to be dirty, and it wasn't cleaned the following day even though I asked reception to clean the room. The room was nicely furnished but felt like it hadn't been looked after - rust around fittings and holes in the wall taped over, for example. The water on the 6th floor takes a good five minutes to get hot, and you can't flush toilet paper.

The staff was very helpful.
The staff was very helpful. Location was very strategic; near bus station, restaurants, bar, shopping centre, etc. The room was pretty spacious and extremely clean.
I just wish they have some tour program for tourists, since Jeju public transportation is somewhat confusing compared to other cities in South Korea.

퇴실할때 공항까지 데려다주셨습니다
공항까지 픽업해준다는 장점에도 불구하고 저는 이 호텔을 다시는 이용하지 않을 것 같습니다. 모텔보다 더 안좋은 시설입니다. 지하에 단란주점이 있어 새벽까지 노래방 소리가 방안을 울립니다. 숙박으로써는 최악의 조건이죠. 방음이 하나도 안돼서 노래소리는 물론 복도에선 각 방의 떠드는 소리가 다 들릴정도입니다.
